Decently big ride yesterday. Discovered my fork isn't getting the top 10mm of travel. WTF fox, this thing might have 25 hrs of pretty mild riding on it.

Oh, and I put a 32t on the front. Now THAT was a good idea.

I just finished a 22.5 mile trail ride. Super buff and not really challenging, but good mileage.

I thought that was standard operating procedure for Fox forks?? If you wanted 160mm of travel you should have purchsed a 170mm fork.

It's a float..., and only one valve... Not sure how air found its way to the wrong side.

Blow through on the air spring side. When you open the cap, you'll have too much float fluid up to. That doesn't compress as much as air, so it reduces travel. It's happened to me a few times. Just rebuild it and deal with it.
