Busy at work yesterday, stupid airplanes. Think I've over done the bike and running thing the last couple days, my legs are totally blown out. Time to take it easy apparently. So here is hoping for a slow day at work so I can put my feet up, this R2 unit has a bad motivator. You east coasters try and stay out of the heat.
