Still working on my cold and flu combo. Trying to get my appetite back and get some real food down. Also laying off the ibuprofen. Worst week I have had in many many years its really a nasty strain of the flu virus this year.

How is it? I rode Cathedral Pines last weekend in my quest to learn more trails in the area.

How is it? I rode Cathedral Pines last weekend in my quest to learn more trails in the area.

It's a fun way to while away an hour or hour and a half. Main loop + marked blue and black side loops. Kind of loose and wet now. Not a lot of elevation but it still tires me out, at least.
