My seven month has hand, foot and mouth disease and won't eat or sleep. He's whiny as fvck too. So much fun! I hear it gets better, but i'd sure love it if it got better sooner rather than later... At least my 3 year old is doing ok. (for now). Got a ride in on Thursday but my prognosis for another ride is up in the air...

WHAT UP SON! I ran a half marathon yesterday in 1:36:41, finishing 27 out of 348 runners. I treated this as a training run and didn't give it a full effort...my real race is in two weeks. Feeling a little achy today.

Spent most of the day doing work outside on the house. Now relaxing on the couch with a good beer.

Good morning, er, afternoon.

Rode about 22 miles up high today, around 10k'. Beautiful with the trees turning, some snow/wet spots but pretty much great conditions. Pics to follow. Did a descent road ride yesterday so my legs and butt are screaming today. Time to fire up the grill and settle in for footyball.

Just clicked on the Philly-Broncos game, I hate the Eagles.
