God hates me... Rep this fool....
Worked Yesterday, worked today to fix a pile of shit that another engineer shat out. What I thought was going to be a simple software patch turned into sawing off significant structural components to get accurate values from load cells. Thought today would be easier but found an existing software but that I thought I may have fat fingered, turned out to be an existing rotten easter egg. Dude responsible has long since been promoted on, his old boss however is still here. Will be confronting said boss tomorrow in regards to his failure to hold his engineers accountable and promoting individual despite delivering excrement.
That's a hell of a coincidence.
