Rain today. Hanging out at a bakery/cafe spot. Doing random admin stuff. Gym yesterday seems to have been okay for the shoulder. Might go later if the weather clears up.

WHAT UP BRUV. Ran a 5K race in 19:42 this morning, which I had no business running because my legs are nowhere near recovered from my marathon last Saturday. I was hoping to be a minute faster but that just wasn't happening. This was a straight out and back course and I was 100% sure I was 4th place overall/4th place male, but it turns out one of the top three registered as nonbinary, so I slide into the top three men, TYVM. Got a coffee mug and American flag for the placement. 'MURCA.
Got home and took the new foster dog to the dog wash because she was filthy. She took it like a champ.

I disassembled the modular synth last night and rearranged a few things. Time to bolt it back together and see if it works.
