Wine snob friends came over for dinner last night. Gonna be a long day.
Doing bills and taxes today. And paying off my car, so that we qualify for our home loan on my income alone. Funny how that works... take $16k cash out of my liquidity, to take out a $245k loan. that makes total sense.

morning! a few more hours and i get to hang with my bud, who is about to get shipped out to his fourth tour of duty in the mid-east. he did a bunch for me through my recovery, and we've been buds since high school.
Gotta love living in a 120 year old farmhouse when the temps get down to "brrrrrr".

cool. hope the weather is agreeable. A bit chilly and breezy today.
Up at dawn and at work packing up the shop. Had to take dad to the pharmacy earlier, so we had a chance to grab a nice lunch afterwards. He's feeling better with the new meds. Back at work now and probably won't leave till 8pm. Gonna take the girlfriend out for an early valentines day cuz tuesday won't work and it'll be pouring rain (supposedly).
Not been feeling too good today so I have been sleeping a lot. Now I am fighting back with coke and rum.

One hell of a good way to celebrate a birthday, sleeping damn near all day. Getting up early tomorrow to buy myself some new road goodies and riding for at least 5 hours.
