'Morning. I slept 11 hours last night and I needed that. I've got a 14 mile run to get today before settling in for football.
up at 5 for no good reason.
yesterday = got caught up on stuff, sold some things, mounted up new to me skis, had a delicious beer and a wicked turkey avocado sandwich. today can't possibly top all that!

Looks like a bunch of fresh snow. Guess I should get some breakfast... this shit ain't gonna ski itself.
Nice trip to Denmark and I flew trough Stockholm too to visit my brother. Will be interesting to see if I get a job offer next week. Also looked at a really nice house. I am sooo ready to no live in an apartment anymore. Room for BBQ and bikes.
Mornin. I'm out harvesting the January corn as its too soft to ride the fat bike. It's nice and quiet out here.
Fat biking seems to be making a difference in leg strength, as I'm able to do full runs of tele turns without stopping (on our admittedly very small hill).

slept in. my body is feeling a tad tired from running riding and lifting weights. It poured all night but seems to have let up. Run or ride will be forthcoming then chores

In a bloodsuckers office escorting wifey. Then hopefully brunch, and possibly a bike ride this afternoon before rain. Rumor has it, there's some sport event this evening that may draw attention of mud shamers away from the woods.
That's gonna take a long time to melt off the trails...
I went out today to fix the ruts I created the other day. They were already fixed by someone else. Trails here are in awesome shape...Did some trail work. And some riding. Got bitched at for being out in the woods.
At work, again. Sort of working, sort of reading random stuff. Meh. I cannot wait until this audit is over, which starts on the 30th and last for a freakin' week.
On the weathermonkey front, down towards to city the snow is almost completely gone; only the snow banks remain. I wish I could go ride the bike, but damn the trails are probably a complete shit show of mud and ice.
On the plus side, my garbage can lid finally reappeared. Apparently its been buried until 4 feet of snow.

Had a shot break in the rain so I drove though some flooded roads to reach the archery range. I did see a Golden Eagle sitting on a fence.

I think I am gonna buy new ski boots. Having to jump out of them every hour or risking puking from the pain is not a great ski experience even if the level of control they give me is awesome. Thinking about last year's Atomic Hawx that could be had for relatively small coin. Anyone heat molded his liners at home? 
Oh, and I rode today in rain. It wasn't awesome, but better than getting fatter on the couch. Only crashed once.

Kiddo was barfing from 1am onwards. My day has revolved around this. Caught myself chanting mtb, mtb, mtb.... gawd damn the weather needs to allow for some pedal mashing soon. I got new handlebars at Xmas I haven't been able to thrash on yet.
Lost so much weight that I needed to buy a new uniform jacket. Spent the afternoon sewing on the patches ( by hand)
Uh oh, I think I've just ordered another pair of tight fitting ski boots.

I never know where the wall is and it only appears in the rear view mirror. It sure is a tasty road though.
Baby lost track of her duckie mini blanket at 1 am then decided to wake up again an hour later, open her door, and stand outside her room. Now back in bed her eyes look far too open. (I'm up from all this plus cough induced migration to living room couch.)
