Dads caregiver is off to do his thing this morning so I am taking care of him until 1 pm when my cousin shows up to take over. 350 mile drive home at that point. Hospice care with my father is rather emotionally intense

So wife and I came home with a dog from the shelter today. That's the closest to parents we'll ever be.
