I strolled into the wedding rehearsal last night with a beer and somehow am now escorting one of the parents down the aisle. God dammit. 
Critical beer situation as well, misjudged that one.
Seat post on my bike stopped working yesterday, in the middle of a mosquito infested swamp. Damn thing turned into a pogo stick and wouldn't stay up. And lots of short punchy down and up stuff, not ideal. Oh well.
Need to somehow wiggle my car out of here and go for a hike.

Buddy's 40th birthday today. Many beers will be consumed, and I will hate myself tomorrow morning.
Low cloud, I can lean out the front door and grab a handful, this is not optimal for riding. Plus there are storms forecast by lunchtime. :/
Not really sore this morning, I was apparently slacking yesterday. Two very hot very humid days ahead, not sure what the plans are just yet.
Here. Haley b-day party this am. Study while that shit show occurs. Spent last 3hrs working on bills and balance sheet - shit has gotten expensive. Our actual purchasing hasn't changed, but our non-fixed expenses have gone up 15%. People who don't have flexibility have to be getting murdered. Pack for trip to CA at some point today.

I'm from IA. Left when I was 6. I think the last time I was back I was 13. I expect to never go back again in my life unless I'm driving through on my way somewhere else. You have no excuses.

Slept 8 hours in the camper. Up at 5am espresso and eats. Set up the med station at 6 on duty at 6:30. Going up to the high 90s and breezy today. Beer and Tamales for dinner tonight.
Managed to get back home, cleaning out the van, will be immediately starting to prepare for departure for the Bronx and onward on Saturday.
Family wanted to sleep on the trampoline last night. They couldn't hang and went inside at 3am. I proceeded to sleep like a baby until I was dreaming about having to keep my eyes shut cause the sun was too bright. Turns out the sun was blasting me in the face while I slept.
Well slight turn of events, now sitting at the hospital. Girlfriend got bit by something and her forearm is swelling, getting hot, painful etc etc. She's the maid of honor, so not ideal, but better than pushing through and waiting...and it getting really bad.
Did get out for a hike this morning though. Thank God for that military strength deet...

Bruh. Rode my tri bike this morning for 42 miles and averaged 20 mph. Felt good. Then ran a 3 mile brick run, which I think was harder than the ride since it had gotten hot out.

Thanks. I'm sure she'll be fine. Everyone is all worried about the wedding and all that drama, I just told them who cares. Let's go now and deal with it, rather than waiting and the reaction getting worse.

Our grocery budget spend has gone up a solid 10% during this year, maybe a little more. Not buying petrol is nice.
And drives a truck, with the radio on.

Wife had dumb shit I didn’t want to participate in going on all day so I hung out with the kiddo, went swimming, played with the dogs, bought a slinky, made pizza, and then that jerk stole every last one of my crusts. Right as I got to the crust “please please please, eat, please” can’t say no, but at the same time, goddamnit
Luckily his bedtime is fast approaching and I can eat another slice in peace after that.
