So what's on your menu for the Super Bowl?
I'm making meatball grinders. I make the meatballs with both ground turkey and ground beef, bake them at 350 for 15 minutes, then simmer them in the crock pot with tomato sauce for six hours. I then load up some 6" grinder rolls, cover them in provolone, and bake them until the cheese is melted.
Of course, nachos will also be on the menu. Tostitos Scoops covered in cheese and baked slowly until the cheese browns.
I suppose I'll have a beer or two as well.
