Somewhere dark, cold & wet....
Am I missing something with this?? There's three different mounting holes (Commencal Supreme DH '10), all of which seem to line the caliper up with no trouble. So does anyone know what's the deal with having the three options? I've switched between the highest and lowest and didn't really notice any difference, and it's wet out so I'm not up for playing just now :)

Cheers,
Mark

It supposedly changes the behavior of the bike under braking. The brake mounts are Numbered. The first one is supposedly makes the bike compress frontward under braking, The second one is neutral, and the last mount makes the rear end of the bike compress.

I've had my Supreme DH for 1.5 years. I've changed the head angle and chain stay around a bunch. I've never messed with the brake position. I know several guys with the bike and none of them have changed it either.
