im gonna be in susanville for a week, i was wondring if its worth bringing the bike. im coming up from austin tx. and i have never been to any mountains with my bike. but all my searches so far have told me there is no single track in the area, only fire roads. any help??

oh and the only bike i have is a ss dj rig so.....

Try getting a map of Eagle Lake. There might be some single track there. Also I'd ride it early in the day, the wind tends to pick up in the afternoon.
