Here is what I have:

Intense with a 1.5" headtube

1.5" Fox 36

1 1/8" Fox 40

I want to be able to swap between both forks with one headset, so I don't have to swap bearing cups every time (it's a huge pain to remove them on an Intense). Does anybody swap like this and use a headset that works? wording on mfg websites is wierd, you can't really tell who has what.

I've heard a FSA Orbit Pro works, if you swap out the race, compression ring and top cap, you can run the same bearing cups.

Any others?

Thanks

You could get a 1.5" steerer tube/lower crown for your 40. Easiest way I can think of. Can't remember who makes it though.

Risse makes 'em.

PErsonally, I'd go with the 1.5 steerer for the 40.

Which doesn't exist.

I had a CaneCreek headset in my Turner for awhile that used big bearings and a funky crown race and topcap to get the 1.125 fork to fit in 1.5 bearings.
Can't remember the model as I bought it used, but I would imagine you could buy just the extra crown race and topcap.
