so i've been moved in now for little over 2 weeks. still without car i go shopping when i can. finally bought a scale. and i'm 10lbs down!! :weee: (without really trying)

i can't say i've been riding more...espcially since i had to take a week off to recovery from my last crash...but i think when i DO ride...it's been harder. i've pushed myself more.

and perhaps with the move stresses or being broke for the first 1.5 weeks helped.

either way it's off and stayin off and it's definitely motivational.

you only took a week off after a crash!? I hope it wasn't too serious...you've got to give yourself time to heal!
hahaha...it wasn't too serious...but enough to keep me off the bike. didn't go have it looked at although in hind sight i should have. from my training in sports massage i'd say it was a 2nd degree sprain to the ankle. swelling is finally down and the bruising has diminshed but still hurts to the touch and is a bit stiff. next ride i go on i'll wrap it for some added support and hope for the best.
