Anyone here swim as part of their workout routine? My pool is finally dialed in and just about ready for use, and I'd like to start getting some laps in first thing in the morning. I haven't really swam for anything but fun, and even then not since probably high school.
My pool is decently big, probably 35' long, and it's 9-10' deep at the deep end.
So my question is where should I be looking to start, lap-wise? Just go by feel? Any suggestions are welcome.
