I'm not sure if anything has changed since I asked Clay that same question, but last week he said the vid should be ready for release a week or two after last night's premiere. He was still working on the bonus stuff.Zutroy said:

Good news for those interested- The raffle raised around $2500 for SHARE (a southern Cal mtb advocacy group). SHARE is looking at trying to develop and promote the idea to local resorts of a replacement, if not an upgrade to the now closed Big Bear DH trails. While SHARE has typically focused on local OC trails, primarily XC and technical XC, they're on board with trying to give DH and freeriders a venue to ride.
Movie was great! I was super stoked that this was the actual first premiere that i've been too....& seen! (I'm always to drunk to care about the movie)

that was a fun night....much bigger turn out than I was expecting. first one of these things I'd been to. the movie was good. I think the main reason it seemed long to me was because I got there too late to get a seat and was standing watching the whole time. the movie has a lot of 4x and slalom action.
The length is a non issue. The film sets out to document every major race in North America - which it does. There were 13 races covered - for like 4-5 minutes a race - that covers 4x and DH with interviews. Add an intro a DJ section and a few rider parts - and thats what you get. If you are not into racing it might seem long to sit through in one viewing -But thats what DVD's are for fools. Watch and skip what you want. Anyway it was made for racers - so comparing it to the collective or NWD is a joke.
Oh, I liked the whole thing, and it really moved well. No boring repetition of 7 angles of the same slow speed hucks, or gimicky crap. The race footage rocked, and the trail riding and jump footage flowed really well. I would likely watch this in segments though, because there is so much footage. Then again, I have a hard time sitting still during a half hour sit-com, so you should consider the source.dondon said:

Also I stopped drinking for the respect of Clay's camera and the fact that I don't have the money to replace it and be the fool of the party labeled as "THAT GUY". haha, ( but don't worry I got bombed once I put that camera down.) Big thanks to the Bike Co for putting on this event and I was impressed by all the swag that was raffled off for a good cause. SLOW-cal definitley needs a lift acceable mountain cause if not you guys will never be as fast as us Norcal GODS.
Oh and by the way the raffle was rigged, I got the rigging on tape,

I wish I could have made it. I seriously cant wait to check this movie out. Im buying it as soon as ive got some cash.
It was way sick, I would go out and buy it, could of showed more riders and more DH but its all good, my fav parts were the socal riding, pretty sick to see the pros rip up the local spots, On the preview it said there would be mammoth nationals but there wasnt
