for some reason the PDFs on Formula's website won't open here on the shop's computer so I can't figure out how to take off my K24 levers. If anyone has any advice or tips I would greatly appreciate it.

I just read the PDF (and have a pair of K18s) and the PDF said don't try and take the lever off, but if its anything like any other brakes you have to take the adjuster screw all the way out and then pull out the lever ball.

Looks like there's a set screw that holds the pivot pin in place. Squeeze the lever and see if it exposes the set screw on the inside/forward edge of the lever blade. Probably just loosen the set screw, slide out the pivot pin, and back off the reach adjust until the lever blade is free.
