I am trying to take the rear swing arm off of a big hit spec frame but once i get the screw off of one side of the swingarm i cant get the other one off. I already took the shock off but i am completly lost on what to do.

What's happening? Is the bolt not unscrewing? Is it just turning in place?

Unscrew everything attaching the swingarm to the bike. Anything you can't unscrew, if it turns in place but doesn't come out, try gently tapping it out from the other side with a screwdriver - it's probably press fit.

when i get the first bolt off and i try to get the second off it just spin in place.

They're press fit. Just tap them out gently with a screwdriver from the opposite side.
