Anyone running a Fox Talas on your dj'r?? Looking at getting one but have yet to see or talk to anyone who rides one except for some guys that have them on their 5"-6" trail bikes... Any info would be awesome. Couldn't be any worse than putting a F100 on...

Float is the way to go man. Those forks rule for DJ. Can't beat it.

It has standard dropouts by the way...My current dj3's standard dropouts have given me no problems so it isn't a big concern (no tire rubbing on either side)

The cheapest float I can find is $160 more than the talas. I Used to run a float on an old xc bike but never really took it off anything larger than 4-4.5 ft. drops... Along with the cheaper price I would like to have the adjustable travel in case it may go on another bike.

oh hell yeah. it will chop your bike out too for crusin... lol

honestly, i have the old 2005 Talas R, changed the oil once and its still running amazing. It was on my FR bike before. once you get the 36 you wont need another fork.

It is actually a closeout oem Talas 32 without the thru-axle. If it was a 36 this cheap I would be out riding instead of typing this!
