OK, so my co-worker was complaining that his water bottle/container never seemed to come clean no matter what he did. He felt like there was always something "growing in it..." This only set the wheels in my head turning... and I couldn't let him be disappointed.

So I stopped by the pet shop before work.

He discovered "Goldie" just as he went to take a drink. Naturally he blamed one of the guys...

It would've been funnier if you switched out the water with drano and THEN put in the fish.

A few years ago, I left my nalgene out on the track after practice and my biology teacher picked it up and put 3 or 4 guppies into it. Thankfully I noticed them before I took a drink.

That's a very good prank

is the fish still alive?
So the best part was when he looks at his waterbottle, sighs and says, "Now what am I supposed to do with this FISH??!"

I pull out a container of fish food and a small bottle of water treatment drops. He turns to me an expressionless face, "You have GOT to be kidding me."

Next thing I know, he's feeding the fish!

Hahahhaahaaaaaa, that's awesome. Hopefully he's a sport and you all keep the fish around.

But uh you better poke some holes in the top or fishy won't last long.
