I have to agree with the posters saying to check out other cities. It's a big move. If I were able to head back, Sandpoint Idaho would be my first choice. Bozeman and Whitefish would also be in the top tier. Kalispell and Missoula would be in the second tier. I do agree with SM that Butte has a certain charm. I'm not sure I would want to live there but it's hard place not to like.
