Well, apparently a kid who had a 30 foot fall off an overpass and has a broken back is a huge threat to police. Who knew?

It's just a matter of time before the police taser a paraplegic for not standing up when told...

Early Saturday morning, police found Mace Hutchinson, 16, underneath the Highway F overpass over U.S. 65.

see? police found mace. that's a threat. what's not known if it was the chemical or ballistic variety.
