I have a dumb question about tattoos.
Can you cover up one with another one?
Like if you got a $hitty tattoo, can you put a better one over it,
or is the outline impossible to cover up.

Depends on the tattoo, but typically, yes, they can, but again, it depends on what your covering.

it's plain right now...I think I'm gonna connect my right arm with the fairy on my back into a waterfall scene with a bonzai style tree and of course more flowers and more flowers and have it connect to my other arm...but not really sure yet...I'm spreading it all out so as I can still have room for tattoos in 20 years...

all tattoos are going to look horible when you are older, so why spend money and get them in the first place, i have gone with my dad many times and helped him remove tatoos like those off of people and it is more painfull to get them removed.

because I like them now...I don't give a ****e what your dad, my dad or you think...and I don't think I'll be really worried about how my skin, or my body for that matter, looks when I'm 65...I like them...and never plan on removing them...had a ghey one covered up though...
