Not only did Vino lose time but his team completely blew up. So much for the Astana Juggernaut.

It almost makes you think that these guys aren't blood enriched robots anymore.

Too bad for Vino. I am a fan of his. It was impressive how his whole team save 2 stopped for him and took him back up. Shame he couldn't get all the way up.

Nice sprint, though. Really wasn't sure where that was going to go. Seemed like lots of interesting people up there after the climb. Hincapie was right there, yeah? Seems like Old Man Zabel is always right there.

This just means that Vino is going to go apesh*t in the mountains, doubly so. I wouldn't count him out yet. I didn't read that yet re: Klodie, but that bums me out!

But can I give a big shout out to my man Zabel? Hopefully on his way to a 7th finish wearing green!

That sucks about Kloden. Hopefully both of them will be back in it tomorrow. Is it just me or is there a curse of Der Kaiser? Jan and all of his former flunkies doomed to never quite get that brass ring.

I was home watching the tour with my baby and we were both crying!! I was a vino fan way before he won the vuelta.

Here's the question:

Does Keshi have a chance if Kloden and Vino drop or is he too young?? Only Keshi and Kloden stayed w/the Peloton while Astana fried themselves trying to minimize vino's time loss.
