I was sent on a mission to get season 3 of lost on to my wifes computer. I figured the best way was to take her laptop to work. Install iTunes and download the whole season.

Well I did that. No problem... but now the videos are so damn chopy that it was pretty much a waste of time. Does anyone know why they'd be so choppy? Its a P3 with Windows XP.

I know BV, I didnt put it in the cpu forum... it'll get more play in here and I'll delete it after just for the sake of... well, I dont know... I'll do it for you mang.

holy crap i had the same problem- i reinstalled Itunes and it worked fine

Safe to say... quicktime has the same problem. Bunch of the same old PC garbage that I remember from the old days is what it is. But alas... I have to figure it out anyway.

Anyone have a more precise answer for me that randomly reinstalling stuff and praying to god.

download the HD version bittorent for free. problem solved.

Make sure you have the most current version of Itunes. The first and second had that choppy issue for both audio and video. The newest version fixed it for me.

Beyond that I got nothing.

How much do they charge for stuff like that on itunes? And if you stop paying for your subscription will it still play?

I agree with DRB 7.00 and 7.01 had playback issues on some PC's. Failing that I'd check for an updated video driver.
