ever been to Pisgah? Windrock in Knoxville, TN isn't too far away and should give you all the technical stuff you can handle.

Candler's mountain in Lynchburg, VA is about the best I've ever ridden. The trail that starts along the fence directly across the street from the Wingate hotel. As far as steep, tricky descents and log crossings go its about as technical and physically exhausting as they come. There's also a few more trails up the road on candler's mountain and there are a few trail systems in the area so it makes one hell of a weekend trip!

Well I hit Beehive going about 5MPH.....that cuts down on the tech (I still manage to wreck though)
