Tell me about 2X Chainguides please (for use with front derailleur and 2 chainrings)

I would like to buy a chain guide and bash guard set-up for my cranks. I would like to shift between two front chainrings, a 22 and a 36. Which chain guides should I look into that would allow me to do this and still keep tension on the chain/keep it in place? I would like to pay under $100 and am open to used as well.
