northeast! maybe i'm a bit biased, but we have a LOT of good riding and its all within at least 6 maybe 7 hours of each other. you got: Jiminy Peak, Mount Snow, Plattekill, Bromont, Mountain Creek, and i'm sure there are a few others i'm missing. but i personally could spend 9 days at Bromont alone, and i hear Mountain Creek is nearly as fun.

If your talking CO, go to Vail and Keystone and also swing by silverton. Keystone has some super rough trails that are groomed out really nicely whistler style. They also have some nice jumps and tables up top. Vail is lots of FAST wide open berms and plan on getting loose. There are hips every way you look at Vail. I havent been to silverton but its supposed to KICK ASS. Also if your talking California, Hands down Northstar. Ive never been there but I know theres TONS of trails of rough hardcore rear mech eating rocks. Those are pretty much the only trip worthy resorts that I know of.

well if it's any help, i think it's around 3 hours to mount snow from plattekill, and then its about 4 from snow to bromont.

OK, here it is:

go north

Stop1: Snowshoe, then go north to
Stop2: Mountain Creek, then go north to
Stop3: Attitash, then go north to
Stop4: Sunday River if it ever opens again, then go west to
Stop5: Whiteface , then go north to
Stop6: Bromont, then go south to
Stop7: Plattekill

That would be an epic trip

All great choices. Just remember to bring extra brake pads! And if you are up north and want to ride some sick local trails let us know. There is a plethera a silly trail work going on.

That most deffinately would be an epic trip. But its a good 5 hour haul between Sunday river and Whiteface so Id say go to Bromont after Sunday river then maybe St Anne in there too? Include Montreal or Quebec for a night of partying. Then south to Whiteface for a day and finish it up the trip with a day or two at Plattekill and youve got yourself a sick road trip. It just makes it alittle more of a circle and alittle less driving time between riding destinations. Only problem is Whiteface and Bromont are the only two places on that list that do 7 days a week of riding so you might need to play with time logistics and stuff. But youve got the idea.

That sounds like quite the roadtrip ! Could maybe tie it in with Nat's at Snowshoe since I race them, just head on out from there?Maybe just have to do Snowshoe then on to Bromont since they are open all week, then head back down to Plattekill.

If you're going up to Bromont, you should try Mont Ste-Anne also...it's really great! It's also opened 7 days/week during the summer. :)
