assuming I've not missed an incredibly funny joke.@Gary I can see the Juicy 7's on the first bike, but can't tell what it or the others are.
Love the M1 and also your special M3. Are you sure there were only 3 of the 1.5 HT M3s in existence? There were some produced for the 8" Manitou Travis single crown testing and press demos and the MS Racing team was riding this type of frame as well. That M1 was BRAND NEW when I bought it. Was going nostalgic. It may have been 2007-2008 can't recall. Had it about 6 months. I had a 1 of 3 M3's that where made with a 1.5 HT and lower BB than stock. Should never had sold that.....
I love how my old sunday now looks like a BMX next to any modern trail/enduro bike.
Lower than stock BB was pretty much every other M1 ever made depending on how poorly aligned it was. Mine was around 12.25"..... The swingarm also had a couple inches of transverse left to right swing when it moved up and down too.... Gave it away to a buddy that turned it into a ski bike.I had a 1 of 3 M3's that where made with a 1.5 HT and lower BB than stock. Should never had sold that.....
Funny, I know someone that turned an old M1 into a ski bike too.Lower than stock BB was pretty much every other M1 ever made depending on how poorly aligned it was. Mine was around 12.25"..... Funny that everybody is complaining that Intense frames are out of alignment. I own and have seen quite a few Intense bikes but I don't think I have ever seen anything like what you describe. And you are aware of the fact that the swing link has 3 shock mounting holes so that in the lowest the BB would be super low, especially with a 7" fork that then frame was designed for at the time?Lower than stock BB was pretty much every other M1 ever made depending on how poorly aligned it was. I got the hardtail bug again in 2009 so I bought the Armadillo, then realized I didn't have the hardtail bug, so I bought the Turner 5-Pack. The Turner has since been replaced with the Shred Dogg (in Megatrail SS attire), but the Armadillo is still kicking around for friends, pump track, and winter. Looking back at all my old bikes was fun, but I don't think there are any I truly regret replacing.
LOTS of good memories with friends around all of them though!

Yeah. I think it is the angle of the pic, but that was after a pretty mundane trail ride with lots of pedaling, so it is at max height, just not 2 feet like it looks. That seat post tho!!!
How come you have the ks post lever mounted upside down?
Okay, who killed the bench?
You have some good taste!2009-ish
Nao
Yeah, its a 2010, but I still have it and still run over things with it (slowly)
@jackalope and I have long held that that bike was way ahead of its time aside from the SNAFU with the bushings. In 2008 who else was making a 125mm bike with sub-13 inch BB and 65* HA? That thing was so damn fun! Banshee got a bunch of shit right with that bike. You have some good taste!
I had one of the OG Spitfires and loved the bike.....until it self destructed.
Fun bike with that coil fork, short stem and code 5 brakes. The Ardents kept it interesting, though.
