nice!! i have a place by me that the parks department rakes and leaf blows the trails for us (i also pitch in) and with this damp weather the dirt is so hard and tacky you can fly throug the trails, also no hunters to worry about

its both, the first 1/4 mile is a rocky switch back uphill and than about 3 miles of sweet single track as you saw in the video, and then in the back sections up top it gets more tech. trails get to about 29-30 inches wide and you are "rowing" thru the trees and lots of tech. little climbs. def good riding, im lucky its 3 mins from my house.
