True, that was a shit ton of work, totally worth it though to save 300 dollars at the processor. I do need to get a power saw for next season so I can cut the ribs loose insead of stripping them on the animal.

You know those Electric knives the processors use? You can buy those at Lowes. $30. Works like a champ. If it breaks throw it away and buy a new one.....
