I have only ridden my mtn bike once since the weather has been nice. How have I kept in shape you ask....on the road. I am starting to really like it & I dont have to drive to the trailhead either.

I especially like the sound of cruising on smooth pavement at 30mph. You can here you & your bike slicing through the air. pretty sweet.

My 1st trail ride this year will be at the DH race this weekend. should be fun.

I've logging some road miles as well...on my old clunker CX bike nice to be able to leave from the house and get a good ride in.

it's okay...give me my ride fix, but doesn't come even close to dirt. But that's just me!
