Say what you will about RS, but the article was dead accurate.

edit: Althought the tirade was a bit mis-directed towards private sector, when it should have been more directed at the administration. Private sector contracting can work, just not when it's given open coffers and free reign.

Opinions may differ, but the account of the events is factually correct.

My humble appologys to the Informationly challenged, but I Don't care where I get info from as long as it is acutrate.... And no I don't like RS either but the story was interesting.
