They are loaded with protein, but are usually very high in calories and fat too. I wouldn't be surprised to see a fully loaded burrito hit 1,000 calories. Lots of calories in the cheese and the sour cream.

chicken, rice, beans, lettus, pico de gaillo, cheese
flour tortilla, avocado
La Salsa- on the healthier side no? yes?

what if i just elliminate the nacho chips?

Well that's not bad at all! Eliminating the nacho chips will cut down on a HUGE amount of calories and fat.

the ones in the frozen food section, the ones from taco bell, or the ones you make yourself?

they are all different. using fresh ingrediants and not using alot of sour cream, i would say they are pretty good for you. I'm not a nutrionalist though....:rolleyes:


I say they are great, because you can load 'em up w/ hot hot hot sauce. :devil:

i'll bring my shoes and my glasses so i can have them.


we all agree that freshly made burritos ( with fresh ingredients)
are good for you. easy on the cheese and no sour cream.

i eat a lot of burritos (more than ozzy) i feel better now.
they make me ride fast.
