The Rivian's payload is pretty weak. But not as weak as the pitiful Gladiator's (in all but one trim where it merely somewhat pitiful then).

Not with that 11k towing rating they crow about. 4 people + luggage + trailer of reasonable weight >> Rivian payload.

Not any more. Range Rovers if in Cherry Creek or Cherry Hills Village. Atlases and Pilots if in more normal neighborhoods.

I'd work in a joke about stoney's A4 allroad here but it's really too small to be a kid shuttle, and I don't know why he bought it anyway

Every couple of weeks I configure a Taycan and sometimes a Polestar online… I always leave with a “nope”. Where the f@&$ am I even driving to? Neat cars though. Then I go back in a few weeks. Wtf.

No towing. Drives are between 4-7 hours (In the Ice car) most on highway but so to areas where there is no good local charging. So its not like I can charge overnight. I think now that the lease is extended to Oct 2023 the charging infrastructure should be better.

So either you have family in Germany, Sweden or the Netherlands or you drive damn slow. :D
