apparently he didn't go the full 62 stories, but rather about 50 feet onto another platform. I read on readit that he may have been OK, but that platform/rooftop was locked.

Buy new crotch rocket, ride fast die quickly

Rodriguez-Signor had recently purchased a 2019 Triumph Speed Triple sport motorcycle and was riding at a high speed east on Tomales-Petaluma Road, according to the sheriff's office.

The motorcycle crossed over double yellow painted lines and collided with a westbound Toyota Highlander SUV, sheriff's officials said.

Rodriguez-Signor was ejected from the motorcycle and landed on the road's shoulder. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) — Authorities say a Connecticut woman mistook a stick of dynamite for a candle during a power outage and suffered severe hand injuries.

Assistant Bridgeport Fire Chief Michael Caldaroni says the woman was looking to light a candle in her home at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday after the power went out during a storm.

The dynamite went off in the woman's hand.

One of her children called 911 and she was taken to the hospital. No one else was injured.

Caldaroni says one of the home's windows was blown out.

Firefighters found another explosive device in the home and as a precaution, evacuated people in the homes on either side of the woman's residence and called the state police bomb squad to remove it.

The woman's name wasn't released

A teen visiting Yosemite National Park from Israel fell to his death Wednesday while trying to take a selfie, according to an Israeli news report.

The Times of Israel reported that Tomer Frankfurter, 18, died after plunging more than 800 feet after slipping off a cliff at Yosemite.
