Exactly what IS the litmus test for what is to be considered behavior liable to increase the burdon on our healthcare system? Should obesity be considered a pre-existing condition and cause for denial of coverage or inflated premiums? What about certain genetically-linked diseases and disorders that are associated with particular ethnic populations...should these also be considered when determining scaled premium requirements?
