Actaully France was the only major country to offer troops. The UN denied them because the Africans didn;t want them. Canada gave a few troops, a pathetic amount. The Belgians gave a bit along with some nahbouring african countries. The US, well mainly Clinton denied anything was happening there and refused to send anything.
