ok here's some photos they aren't the best but they are ok
well i did have them down for about a week(1or2 months ago). but then i tryed one when i had just got there and was geting warmed up, and bailed out. i ended up compressing 5 of my lower verdabrais. i do them every once in a while from now and then but not comfortaly.scbiker06 said:
