it's a joke, they're going to keep the border lax so an influx of cheap labor can pour through and they're going to use the security money for tons of feds up here in Washington to crack down on BC bud.
My pal was camping up north in Eastern Wa. just recently and saw a fleet of feds screaming up a forest road with their lights out(night vision glasses woo hoo that'd be fun). Maybe they caught some terrorist which we haven't heard of yet? naaahh c'mon, y'know they're bustin some poor numnut trying to smuggle pot across the border. Air force fly up north by the border all the time as well..... it's like dukes of frikkin hazzard up there, only Roscoe's flying the chopper with the infrared goggles haha.
