My 20mo old daughter loves this video. She watched it with fixation and now says "More bike!" whenever she sees anybody using the computer.

Yes - He got the balance and strength give the guy some pedals and a drive train.Parents having too much fun on this one... but the kid looks to be having a blast. Maybe they could mortgage the house & get him a drivetrain & some pedals
At least the bike has rear suspension.
