May I take him out and shoot multiple arrows into him in non vital areas until he bleeds to death?

A new father was arrested on suspicion of “horrific” child abuse after his 6-week-old daughter was rushed from their San Jose-area home to a hospital in cardiac arrest and doctors determined she had a cracked skull and multiple fractures throughout her body, authorities said Thursday.

The father, Matthew Zabala, 32, was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail after detectives interviewed several witnesses, including the baby’s mother, and collected evidence at the family’s home on Boston Avenue in an unincorporated area of the county.

Sgt. James Jensen, a spokesman for the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, said Zabala is also suspected of abusing his wife.

“It’s a horrific crime and it touches our hearts,” Jensen said.

Sheriff’s deputies were called to Valley Medical Center in San Jose on Tuesday, two days after the baby was brought to the emergency room in cardiac arrest and not breathing.

“During the course of medical treatment the staff discovered multiple factures throughout the infant’s body, including what was believed to be a non-accidental skull fracture,” Jensen said. “Deputies immediately realized they were investigating a life-threatening crime.”

X-rays taken on the infant showed she suffered 14 fractures, including the skull fracture.

“As a father and as a sheriff’s office employee, our job is to protect the people who can’t protect themselves,” Jensen said. “As a 6-week-old infant, she was definitely not able to protect herself.”

He said the infant remained in the hospital Thursday in critical condition.

Deputies activated the Santa Clara County Child Abuse Protocol and brought in the county’s Severe Child Injury Response Team to help in the investigation.

Zabala was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse and felony domestic violence, Jensen said.

http://kutv.com/news/nation-world/records-mom-solicited-men-to-sexually-assault-daughter-10-09-14-2016

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — The mother of a 10-year-old New Mexico girlwho was found dead and dismembered told police she looked for men online and at work to sexually assault her daughter, according to search warrantsobtained by a newspaper.

Michelle Martens told police that she had set up encounters with at least three men before the girl was drugged, raped and killed last month, the Albuquerque Journal reported late Tuesday.

The single mother told investigators she didn't set up the sexual assaults for the money but did it because she enjoyed watching, according to the warrants. It's unclear how long she had been arranging meetings before Victoria Martens' death or if police have identified any of those men.

Police found the girl's dismembered body inside the apartment she shared with her mother on the day she was expected to celebrate her 10th birthday. The slaying ignited outcry and vigils.

Michelle Martens, Fabian Gonzales, and Jessica Kelley — a cousin of Gonzales' — have been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated criminal sex penetration of child under 13. Victoria was stabbed and strangled.

I don't like this thread, so I don't think lll look at it anymore. Throwing turkeys out of a plane is kinda funny though. I've had turkeys and I'd throw them out of a plane if I had a plane.

Sign of the apocalypse.

Lazy bastards are lazy.

“Ferrari is design, performance, and state-of-the-art technologies. There’s no manual transmission that can beat this performance and therefore we have decided to stay on the double-clutch gearbox,” Michael Hugo Leiters, the automaker’s chief technology officer, said in an interview with Motor Authority at the recent 2016 Paris Motor Show. Even a well-shifted manual can’t match the speed of modern dual-clutch transmissions, after all.

Well that's it. I'm officially not buying a Ferrari. :disgust:
At least nothing newer than an F40, sheesh. I thought the electronic nannies had gotten out of hand, now you don't even know how to use a clutch.

There is a special license in Australia if you own a manual transmission.

Been coming for a long time. They are faster, more efficient, etc. Just like hybrid cars at the top levels that can capture braking energy and use it to rocket out of corners. I will be thinking hard about a Cayman GT4 or GT350 in a few years...

My one legit bitch about the C7 is the 7 speed. Even Porsche is going back to a 6 speed. And the unubtanium Porsche is ONLY in a manual 6. I love my 6 speed.

I dunno, that 6th gear on my camaro SS wasn't a 6th gear really, not in the sense that you'd be using it to drive aggressively, if you could get out of 4th on a track you'd be smoking fast. I think I could, I mean, I heard you could, shift out of 4th around 140mph to 5th... You could power out of 45-50mph in 6th up a steep hill due to 420lb/ft of torque, but it was a drag limited gear where if theoretically you could reach the rev-limiter, you'd be going over 250mph. In other words, it's just there for efficiency to give you a gear to turn 1500rpm on the highway, which is pretty neat, so if those 7 speed trans do the same thing, I'm all for that. Porsche didn't really step "back" did they? The had 7 speed manuals and gradually transitioned those cars over to DCT, whereas the cayman being a cheaper spec comes with 6 instead of 7 and is about maximizing value to a large extent.

My WRX on the other hand, buzzing around at 3200rpm in top gear on the highway, well yea, that thing would go to the limiter, or at least 140mph, again, from what I "heard" :)

My car, like my sport bike live 0-99 on the street (100+ = $3k I don't want to spend). I am 1-4, with a lot of 3rd gear corners on my commute, but 6th doing 70mph is like 1800 rpm and 32mpg. But 3rd gear pulling 3500 rpm pulling 65 in a 25mph corner on the tail of a '15 Turbo S is why I bought it. I know it was new and he wasn't pushing it (I sure as hell was), but rowing 2, 3, 2, 3, 4 through the S it fun. I just can't get the paddle thing and do you then brake with your left and gas with your right? What do you do with your left foot? And why the hell did I work so hard on rev matching when the damn transmission does it for me now? WTF!!!

In other newz...

Biggest Loser, isn't

“On April 16th I did one of the hardest things in my life I joined Weight Watchers and weighed in close to the weight I started at on The Biggest Loser. I swore I would never be there again, be here again. I couldn’t imagine a day again that I would weigh over 200 pounds. I feel ashamed. I feel embarrassed. I feel overwhelmed. I feel like failure.”
