A truck with two men inside pulled over and shot at a group of migrants getting water along a road near the town of Sierra Blanca on Tuesday, according to the statement.
The shooting left a male migrant dead, and a female migrant who was also shot is recovering at a hospital in El Paso.

Doesn't matter. Neither sly or anyone here knows the background of people shoplifting. People do it because they're desperate, pissed, bored, wronged by the company, wronged by society......whatever. Focusing on one thing is just guessing.
Yes we should deal with drug abuse more effectively. But it's also just one of many many ills of capitalism that need to be dealt with.
