Yeah - lost the first cornering knob on that rear tire... time to swap a new one to the front and send the front tire out back. Most of my recent rides have been pretty mellow, so I've been slacking on the swap.Do you even turn bro?
Someone needs a new tire
I can clear a gap twice as long jumping off of a 4" root than I can a properly formed double or tabletop.Hitting jumps terrifies me, even little ones. I freeze up every damn time.
This. Fucking man-made shit psych's me out for some reason...I can clear a gap twice as long jumping off of a 4" root than I can a properly formed double or tabletop.
I never saw a properly formed jump until I moved here. Will hit the small stuff but they are too easy to over rotate and I am too old to deal with a broken neck so I have just learned to squash them at speed.This. Fucking man-made shit psych's me out for some reason...
I'm much more amenable to launches than kickers. I respectfully bow out as soon as it goes from straight ramp to some semi-circular booter.This. Fucking man-made shit psych's me out for some reason...
Haven't been to Burke in about 5 years, but that's what we're looking at, right? Buttery dirt on that trail.Went on a drinking trip to Vermont and rode some bikes.

It appears as if that photo is the area just below Mary's Nip?Yeah, pretty much the far point out on Sidewinder DH.
Not enough black runs there. Unfortunately their longest, Sticks-N-Stones was closed for the bottom 3/4. Blondie was a blast down super steep stuff. But I think Flat Earth at Big Sky was better.
