Good lord. The blower dude should be kicked in the nutsack.
This is the second time in less than a week that someone has blown it. Last weekend we saw four people wasting time.

The leaves are pretty dry too, so you know where they'll be by the end of tomorrow

On my last ride there were lots of choices...

Choices.
Choices - sized (1).jpg

You can have leaves.

You can have pine straw (with a nice stump-booter)

You can have both leaves and pine straw.

Or you can have clear trail (looking back down a step-up)

And @canadmos - Not a leaf blower in sight. :D

It is nice that folks can get outside on a crisp autumn day for some staged culturally insensitive photo ops.

The baby is dressed like a Native in front of a teepee with a wreath and Christmas tree.

Rim brake residue from riding in the wet on an aluminum rim. Are you new here? :D
What’s a rim brake?

More seriously, what pads? Actually now you say it I remember the grey sludge from the Shimano pads. What were they called now? Like Weatherstop or something… It’s not that but I can’t quite remember.

Used to be Koolstop pads bitd.
Yeah Koolstops were it for a while, but the I remember the Shimano grey ones for Vs were better when they came out, especially in the wet.

The last set of rim brakes I had on an mtb were Magura HS33s with red pads.

Discovery ride in a new part of the park. Cool little jump trail, lots of rocks and lots of rain-damaged trails from the heavy rain of late. Did I mention Barcelona has amazing bike paths? Behold.

More bike friendly looking than I remember Barcelona.
Apparently they’ve done a lot of work lately and continue to do so. I’m new here, but my impression is that it is incredibly bike friendly and also the fastest way to move around.
