We had a few days with really cold night, in the range of -10c. But it gets around freezing point really fast. So I need to get going early to have good conditions.

only snagged one pic while stopping for lunch today. 3800’ up n down over 18 miles. good ol’ wilson creek. tried a little used new-to-me trail. if cleared a bit it would be fun. as-is, between mountain laurel growth and goathead thorns, my arms and legs look like i wrestled an angry mountain lion.
