It is unacceptable that I'm not high right now.

I got high in time for Mr. Bean and "Chariots of Fire".
Dwarfs in cones dancing to the Who, and then some colorful banter where Matt Lauer clumsily flirts with his co-worker to prove he isn't gay.
For five seconds.
Anyone else notice the promo for "Animal Practice" cut straight from a monkey on gymnast rings to a black guy on gymnast rings?
And the Sex Pistols come full circle.
Where were the Sex Pistols? Missed that, and was offended.
And no Sabbath. That's bull****.
In retrospect yes....
I heard them coming back from a commercial break.
Seemed like 40 countries walked in with U2.
Saw that as well.... NAACP might be calling NBC tomorrow
watched none of it just like all the times before
Yeah, that was stupid.
The whole ceremony was...meh. that big baby thing after the NHS tribute was creepy. There was also some cheeky brit humor that I didn't get. And the musical montage at the end was lackluster...I mean, the Prodigy "Firestarter"? And that rapper hack? I should have been high.
Mr. Bean made the evening worth watching.
No Pink Floyd? I saw the smokestacks and thought here it comes. Saw all those kids in the hospital beds and thought here it comes. Saw the giant Harry Potter blow up thing and thought maybe it's Eddie and they'll do a Maiden song, but noooooo.
No Culture Club, no care.
pink floyd was at the end.
dragging muhammad ali out wasn't necessary....
i will try and catch the whitewater events....one of the guys lives around the corner from my parents.
What I watched reminded me of an Alan Parker film without Water's lyrics.
i know right?? The Prodigy have a lot better songs then that.
though they probably played it because it fit with the fire montage in the arena
credit goes to IAB for finding this...
and George Takei for posting it
