dug at a new spot yesterday. pretty fun ravine type terrain.... step down into to ravine to step up out....

got me thinking about famous step-ups in bmx... like the Bo's Trails one, which got a lot of coverage in the early/mid 90's. couldnt find a pic of it but here are some others....

you gotta include the step up at heath pinters with the damn concrete blocks in it

id say that jump is THE icon for a stepup as of the past few years

We have a decent step up at our riding area. It's my favorite place to try new tricks because you lose so much speed on the way up that crashes are like 7-8 mph.

Jasride came over this weekend and helped me work on a new one. Its about a 7' tall lip with about 1' of vert. You go almost straight up, only about a bike length of foreward movement. I hope to learn 3's on it.
