Yeah those paper or ceramic cups could work in a pinch for a single serving. I bet its a boiled over mess and crunchy! Yum. Too bad instant rice is almost entirely devoid of nutrition.

love those things.there used to be a local food truck, Quiero Arepas, that made excellent sandwiches and had great plantains. I just googles them and find they dropped teh truck and opened a restaurant. Time for a drive!
for us, this was at a brewery maybe 5 minutes from the house. big space, with outdoor seating and a bunch of games (classic arcade games, board games, corn hole, etc) and they are kid friendly. beer is good. they don't have a kitchen so on weekends they do food trucks, but you're also allowed to bring in your own food which is nice. food truck season is wrapping up here, but we plan on doing more of it next summer.
